Since 1987 Sun Deep has been perfecting
our procedures of sanitary bottling ensuring an absolute minimal
chance of microbial contamination. We have developed validated
procedures and protocols to ensure the accurate reproducibility
of even the most natural formula. Our facility currently produces
on average 40,000 units per day, but has enough capacity to
increase that figure at any given time. The minimum order sizes
are the most competitive in the industry with some products
having minimum order below 50 gallons.
In accordance with cGMP all raw materials used in production
are tested for validity and must meet our stringent requirements
before being used in your product. Our continuously audited
full service quality control lab tests your finished product
to ensure that it meets the same stringent guidelines from batch
to batch. |
